NCC
The NCC Sub Unit also performs well. There are seventeen NCC Cadets actively participating in the NCC (11 K Battalion, NCC Thirumala) which is attached to University College, Thiruvananthapuram.

NSS (Unit No 7 a&b)
The activities of the NSS Units of the College deserve special attention because they brought laurels to the College this year. The NSS Units bagged three awards of the University of Kerala. The Legal Literacy Programs, National Blood Donation Camp, and their active participation in Social Problems attracted the attention of many. with the objective of linking the Campus with Community, Village Adoption Program was conducted. In the adopted village a Social Survey was conducted to identify the social needs and reports were given to the authorities for solving the crucial problems. Thus the NSS, units of Government Sanskrit College could cater the needs of the Society also.

Nature Club
The club imparts the love towards nature and the vivid senarios of life in the world. This helps to devolope the inner mind of the person. Nature Club atracts a good number of students. Trecking, Mountain Climbing, Nature Watching, Bird Watching are planned.
